Cancellation conditions
If you cancel the tour up to 48 hours prior to the start of the service, the payment on account minus transaction & sales costs (ticket reservations, vehicle reservations…) will be reimbursed. If the cancellation is made 48 hours or less prior to the start of the service, it is considered a “no show” and will not be reimbursed.
Should we, as the service provider, Barcelona365, cancel the service due to force majeure that makes it impossible for the correct delivery of the service, such as climate conditions, we will contact the client and, either reimburse the payment (except transaction costs that are not recoverable) or you can make a new reservation on another date without any additional costs.
The client is responsible for being on time at the meeting point. The delay by the customer won’t make the tour end later, and if the delay is superior to 30 minutes without letting the guide know, it will be considered a “no show” and will not be reimbursed.
Shore excursion
The above conditions are applicable to shore tours but besides you have the right to:
If your Cruise-Ship can’t stop at Barcelona, due to bad whether or cruise-company reasons, the payment on account minus transaction & sales costs (ticket reservations, vehicle reservations…) will be reimbursed. Clients have the responsibility to communicate it as soon as they have been informed (the delay on it can be a cause of no refund).
If, due to the cruise-company reschedules ship arrival at last minute and we can not start our tour on time, we will start it when it will be possible and if it is not possible, the payment on account minus transaction & sales costs (ticket reservations, vehicle reservations…) will be reimbursed. Clients have the responsibility to communicate it as soon as they have been informed (the delay on it can be a cause of no refund).
