Francesc was a pleasure to have as a guide and made our tour special. He was well informed about the history of Barcelona and was able to take us to all of the most relevant places. Francesc is also a very strong English speaker for those that need it, as my family did. We enjoyed his guiding very much and would highly recommend.

Our guide, Bettina, spoke English and was so informative and helpful. It’s really a don’t miss opportunity and very well priced. Do not recommend a car as we easily hailed a couple of taxis and got to the Park then back to the fabulous houses. We learned so much that we never would have gotten on our own. Thank you Barcelona 365!

Our family of 4 took the Montserrat tour with Francesc and it was simply a wonderful day. His communication prior to the tour was flawless and clear. He picked us up promptly just outside our hotel and talked about the history of Montserrat during our one hour journey from Barcelona. It was neither too little nor too much information. Once we arrived we spent 4 hours there, which is the perfect amount of time to really see everything and not be rushed. It is such a treat to have a private guide like Francesc sharing his knowledge with us with a precise efficient plan that maximized our visit. His English is excellent and he is extremely knowledgeable. He had his iPad with him so the one time he didn’t know the answer to a question, he promptly looked it up. I was very impressed with his knowledge as he knew all the names and dates and numbers and any detail we would inquire about. He is friendly and personable and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Also since this is a private tour, we were given a number of choices on how to spend our day. Worth every euro!

Francesc made Barcelona come alive! He was wonderful. He began the tour with an informative and brief history of the city including maps on his iPad which helped us as we traveled from place to place. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. He was personable, energetic and willing to adjust the all day trip to include what we wanted to see. He showed us so much of the city that we all fell in love with Barcelona. Choose Francesc…you won’t be disappointed!

Francesc adapted to what we wanted to do. He was accommodating and very knowledgeable. He made great recommendations at places to eat. He took us to a place to eat indicative of where we were. He was always punctual and easy to communicate with. Would recommend him to all my friends.

It was different of what I frequently do and I found the way to reach all the places that we have agreed before (even Tibidabo hill). We booked a tour with Francesc from Barcelona 365. He was great!! He was very knowledgeable and excited to share it. We were travelling with our 12 year old daughter and her geared some of the tour to her. We would highly recommend Francesc.

The result is that they keep in mind what they have seen and parents can enjoy the tour as well.
