The Barcelona of Picasso
Picasso came to Barcelona when he was 13 years old and spent all his youth here, maturing until becoming one of the best painters in the world.
I propose that we go on foot to see where he studied painting, the streets that inspired him, where he had his first painting studio, the places he used to be along with other artists, his first exhibit, where he lived and different works of his around the city.
After walking around the Barcelona’s streets, we will finish the tour visiting the Picasso Museum, how could we not?
We will focus on his early work, his blue period, his pink period, Cubism. . . The museum is completed with the Las Meninas Collection and the ceramics, gifts from Jacqueline.

- Another famous artist related with Barcelona was Joan Miro. Maybe it’s in your interest to know more about his work: Foundation Joan Miró Museum which is located on the Montjuïc mountain.
- The Dalí museum and the Dalí’s house are out of town. It’s a day trip that frequently I do with my travelers. Please ask me if it is of your interest.
