“Perfect Day at Montserrat “ – Tripadvisors
Our family of 4 took the Montserrat tour with Francesc and it was simply a wonderful day. His communication prior to the tour was flawless and clear. He picked us up promptly just outside our hotel and talked about the history of Montserrat during our one hour journey from Barcelona. It was neither too little nor too much information. Once we arrived we spent 4 hours there, which is the perfect amount of time to really see everything and not be rushed. It is such a treat to have a private guide like Francesc sharing his knowledge with us with a precise efficient plan that maximized our visit. His English is excellent and he is extremely knowledgeable. He had his iPad with him so the one time he didn’t know the answer to a question, he promptly looked it up. I was very impressed with his knowledge as he knew all the names and dates and numbers and any detail we would inquire about. He is friendly and personable and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Also since this is a private tour, we were given a number of choices on how to spend our day. Worth every euro!
