«Wow! What a great tour» – Tripadvisors
We took the day tour while visiting Barcelona on a Cruise, we had limited time and a large group (with 18 people including adults and children) so time was a bit tight, but the tourguide managed it beautifully. We started the tour with a scenic view of the city from Mount juic, where we were introduced to the layout and plans that led to one of the nicest cities in Europe. After that, we drove to the Ramblas where our group was introduced to the Casa Batlo and Casa Mila, the two masterpieces by Antoni Gaudi. Our tour guide masterfully steered our group through many requests. Some of us wanted to visit Camp Nou (a must for Soccer fans) while others wanted some time to shop, both groups were cared for to our complete satisfaction. Our next stop was the tour of Park Guell, a planned community that Gaudi designed for Mr. Guell, a wealthy investor who dreamed of creating a gated community for up-and-coming families in Barcelona. To go beyond the park and into the market and houses, you need to have a reservation and tickets, which are well worth it. After an amazing lunch at 7 Portes, We finished the day with a trip to Gaudi´s Church of the Sacred family. One of the most impressive works of modern architecture that I have seen. Altogether a great way to see and experience Barcelona.
