By the time I contacted Francesc, about 6 weeks prior to our Barcelona visit, he was already booked during our stay. But his communication was so good: always prompt, full of good ideas, gracious and accommodating — that when he offered to have a colleague take us, we followed our instincts and accepted his proposal. Cayetano was our guide. And he was fantastic! Smart, charming, thoughtful, and a terrific storyteller, Cayetano was great company, good humoured, and full of truly fascinating information. I’m surprised we saw as much as we did in the time we had (6 hours). Cayetano’s discussions of La Sagrada Familia were especially inspiring to our group — and even seemed to attract a few interested onlookers! All told, I wouldn’t change a thing. Francesc steered our trip toward the right arrangement, and Cayetano brought it all to fruition like a seasoned pro. What a wonderful, unforgettable day. Sincere thanks to both.
